My New XLR Build arrived and is finished!!

After a short wait and a on the dot timeline given by Kyle at XLR my chassis arrived and my build is done, thanks to Kyle at XLR for the fantastic stock and customer service here she is
Rem 700 XCR Compact Tactical 20"
XLR chassis with all the goodies
Atlas bipod with ARMS mount
Atlas monopod
Badger bolt knob
Badger FTE Brake installed by phoenix customs
Nightforce Ultralite mount
Nightforce Nsx 3.5x15x50mm MD ZS HS
Troy sling and qd adapter

yeah it cut it close but its camera angle have a couple mm to spare, its the tallest ultralite mount available, i would have had to go with a base and rings for more clearance but i just cleared it didnt have to buy rings and a base after all

Why does looking at your rifle make me think about Martians and aliens. It is probably a great rifle but these new chasis systems look like ray guns to me. They look kind of toyish. I need to get my head rapped around the new era of tacticool.

I gotta say i love this stock better balance and feel than my AICS and a pound lighter

Shoot it and you will stop caring what it looks like. This chassis made a HUGE improvement in my groups.

i wouldnt call it Alien like just evolved but not really since the stock puts you into Ar15 type ergos that have been around since the 60's, definitely not a toy, its built like a tank, the butt stock is very well designed and fully adjustable for LOP and cheek weld, all around a more comfortable shooting platform, like the other member said you have to try it for yourself

Gotcha! Don't ya just love it when things work out... after dreading about more $$$ needing to be spent, or exchanging items!!!
