I hate to admit it, but it is waning. I just can't sit by and listen to him spew his own facts in what is an attempt to boost his poll numbers and help his re-election chances. There are too many lives at risk as well as the greatest economy in the world, for him to be spewing out the crap that he is putting out. Just sit down and let the adults speak. That said...
At this point the only thing we need as far as Trump's re-election is to have a Republican in the WH when RGB goes tits up and we need another SCOTUS justice. Other than that, he may very well be snatching defeat from the jaws of victory with his mis-information and his attitude much like that of a butt hurt school girl whenever anyone disagrees with him.

I deleted it...just giving the OP some shit...I think we're on the same page. Trump never had a thought go through his mind that he didn't say. He'd help himself by being quiet, but that's not who he is. In the end he does the right thing, and I think overall he's doing a fairly good job...especially compared to the alternatives.

I have to admit, as much as I'm glad he is our Pres., he really does need to tone down his speaking technique. He needs to stop with the "greats, fantastics, etc.. I think he is trying to keep the populace somewhat, calm and trying to not keep everyone panic stressed, like MSM seems to keep doing. We are not totally stupid people, so they, the media, need to keep the fear mongering, to a minimum. This shit is bad, we know it's bad, so the people don't need it shoved down their throats, 24/7.
WE will get thru this and will WE be better for it, yes WE will.
I think all these "stats", are very much skewed. When this is over, IMHO, the new and improved, actual, realistic, documented, fact stats are going to show a much different picture and hopefully one that's not as bad as what's being publicised now.
People need to stay home and do the right thing.
By the way, F' the Chinese. Mac

My support for Trump has increased during this overblown pandemic. Who would you rather see running the show now? Hillary, Pelosi, Schumer? They would just declare martial law (their natural authoritarian instinct) and order us all quarantined under penalty of death. They would use the overblown pandemic to institute all their leftist policies "for our own good".

No thank you. I support Trump 100% and will keep doing so. Oh, and as for those "experts" you refer to. I didn't vote for them. The American people didn't elect any doctor or scientists to run this country. I don't need to be hearing any political or economics advise from a medical doctor. Let them stay in their lane.

Myself, I prefer the guy who thinks out loud compared to an asshat like O'Bonobo who never really had an original thought at all. That, and Trump has an uncanny way of always seeming to end up being right *IF* you actually hear what he says, as opposed to the twists and misquotes by the MSM and dimmietards . . .

Biden is keeping a low profile right now, so the election is Trump's to win or lose.

Let’s see how much of our liberty gets fucked when this things said and done with. I hope he can keep the feds from raping our rights like a fresh bitches ass in prison.... (if you need details on that ask @Blue Sky Country, he can explain in detail how that goes abouts)

Right now I’m not happy about all the spending Trump has allowed and banning bumpstocks was a kiss my ring or else event in my eyes.

At this time I’m still planning on voting for him. I’m not enthusiastic about Trump but I’m still supporting him. I’m extremely cautious with some of the Trump supports who seem to support his every action... gives me the creeps.

On the other hand the governors have really go full blown fuck your rights....

Trump is real, I like real. He has a job that grays most men in a few years. On top of that he has been under siege by a shadow Govt since before he was Elected.

I think he is doing better than I would be doing under those circumstances. I am with him to the end. He is hope.

I'm in with Trump, but speaking from my past history what you say, how you say it, and when you say it can make or break you. I feel such is the case, 45 might need a "handler"?

I don't like some of his "me" "me' and some other things but overall I think he's the best thing that has happened to the country in a long time.
Just hoping he can get rid of a few more of them in the sewer he has to walk around in and with

The truth is that COVID-19 is at least, partially, an act of mother nature. Some would call it an act of God. Like, floods, earthquakes, seasonal flu, hurricanes, tornadoes, smallpox, polio, etc., there is only so much humans can do about these things. We can't prevent them. Sometimes we can treat them. Sometimes we can cure them. Sometimes, we can prepare for them, but other times we can't. The truth is, the world is at the mercy of this virus. There is no world leader that can "fix" the problem. Trump, you and I and the rest of the world will do the best we can to deal with it. These stimulus packages will do nothing but delay the inevitable economic fallout that will result form this pandemic. We all have a lot of hard work ahead of us, if we are to preserve our way of life. That being said, it's imperative that Trump is reelected. The nation can't sustain another Clinton, or Obama, USA hating, globalist type, as President.

Drunk posting so please forgive me - if Clinton, Trump, Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, Bitch McConnell and the rest are the best we can vote on then I weep for America. We get a choice of shit or fuck. Great. We get the lesser of two evils and both/either of them are clueless Oligarchy obligated assholes.

We are well and truly fucked.

I'm out.

We've been f'd since 1865. Americans don't study, or remember history, so we don't realize it. When state sovereignty was dissolved, so was the foundation of These United States.

He can be annoying at times but overall I thing he’s doing a good job with his team dealing with this disaster. He’s trying to stop an epic panic of the country. If it was up to his adversaries we’d be running around in a panic screening the sky is falling.

Biden is already lining up his gun grabbing team so getting Trump re-elected is critical for us. A Dem sweep in November will mean we will be losing a big chunk of our rights and property.

so let me get this straight, there's approx. 680,000 cases "worldwide" 64,500 deaths "worldwide", as of 8:00pm this evening (stats shown on TV just earlier this evening) yet here in America , where we have the best facilities in the world, best doctors in the world, best nurses in the world, smartest minds working on this in the world, we are probably the cleanest nation in the world, other than a few shitholes cities ruled by democrates like Pelosi, Shummer, and a few others. But yet some doctor gets on TV and announces to the citizens of the USA, we are going to experience 100,000 to 200,000 deaths here in America alone. Pardon me if i say Bullshit! When will the fearmongering MSM be made to pay

Trump is out best bet. The noise I can filter out. His policies are what I voted for.
I agree with you on that, it's almost like a rich kid not getting his way but on the other hand he's put up with more shit than any other Pres. and I really don't think any of them could stand up to the shit coming from the left like he does.
God Bless him and hope he can survive the hate and problems he faces.

Yeah, Trump is so bad to listen to. Like when he mentioned the Corona virus during his State of the Union address and NO ONE listened. Like when he said he'd have 2 Hospital Ships stationed in LA and NYC within the week and MSM made fun of him.

I can go on and on.

So he gets a few things wrong every once in awhile. Not as wrong as the ENTIRE Democrat party for the last 3+ years.

But, go ahead. Hate on the man who so far has done more for this country than the last 5 Presidents COMBINED.

You just don't sound genuine to me. People voted for him because he stands up to the liberals. His ratings are going up. He has pages of accomplishments, despite facing naysayers and haters at every turn. It sounds like you were never really on board, or just aren't paying attention.

My wife, generally conservative, but we can bump heads on stuff.

I dont think she reads into shit more than superficially while she thinks I go to deep in to the meaning of words, actions, and policy.

Generally we avoid talking politics and generally we ride the same current.

Any way she surprised me last night by emphatically stating she was glad Trump is running the country right now as otherwise we would be screwed.

She thinks he is doing a good job with this.

A good sign from out side the echo chamber.

Who do you want on the other side of this pandemic.
A guy who turned the economy around as soon as he was elected .
Or a democrat who will return us back to the Obama years of managing the decline of the United States of America .
I will take Trump and his America 1st agenda !

I find Trump a very entertaining fighter against the leftists in the media and the beltway .
I have dreamed for years of a guy who would actually stand up and slug it out with the left and make no apologies for fighting for his beliefs .

He got the typical dumb Jim Acosta question last night....

To wit, not exact quote..

"Mr President don't you think it is reckless that you may have given the American people a false sense of 'hope' with your optimistic statements concerning the virus?"

I think Trump answered deftly by asking in return what is he supposed to do? Mope, surrender, give the American people a pessimistic outlook on their lives. What sort of leadership would that be....."Gentlemen, We are going into battle and the enemy we face will kill every single one of us. With a hearty OhhRah! (Whoya! for the Army) lets go forward to our certain deaths!"

God I hate these America hating aholes.

I have become more a fan of President Trump through this. He has done things like closing the border's to certain country's not because it was popular but because he knew it was the right thing to do. He assembled a good team of people and he listens to them and gives them credit. I have often wondered how Sillary would be handling things right now. He has endured more criticism for doing what is right just because the left sees a chance to take a shot at him but he keeps doing the best he can do in this crisis. They ask stupid questions like will everyone who needs a ventilator have one how the fuck would anyone know that you just keep doing your best to make as many as you can available. He stands up there every day and takes what they throw at him. Sillary would have been in hiding some where waiting for the smoke to clear.

trump's done a lot of good stuff. if he'd just shut the f up and stay off twitter, he'd be a way more popular prez. everything's going to be over by Easter, c'mon, that's just a repeat of 'i did not have sex with that woman' or 'read my lips no new taxes.' he knows that's not true, and no one believes it, so why say it and further hurt your rep.

Nope. Hildabitch wouldn't get any hard questions. Did anyone give the Kenyan any tough questions in 8 years?
They would be heaping the praise on her for the great job she's doing in such a tragic time.

It seems like the only complaining governor's right now are the democraps. Do you believe that they would be doing that to hildabitch?
The "we need 40K respirator and the White House only gave up 1500" bullshit wouldn't happen. The fact that they only have 500 patients needing them doesn't matter.

Trump over any DNC candidate for sure, but in my 51 years he is by FAR the worst Presidential public speaker I have ever heard. He's like a spoiled brat, says whatever he wants, and then when he gets painted too far in a corner, he just flip flops and denies he said what he said previously even when his own quote is presented to him. All he'd have to do is calmly explain he said that because it was based on the best info he had at the time and it's changed, but he can't help get angry/defensive and say something stupid. When it's not what he says that's the problem, it's how he says it, like saying that if we only have 100,000 Americans die we've "Done a very good job" I get what he's saying, but no one wants to hear 100,000 Americans dead and "very good job" in the same sentence.

Jan-Feb-early March Trump summary - "Coronavirus is basically fake news, we're going to be fine, nothing to worry about, just a couple people sick, no need to prepare"
(Reality checked in Mid March) "This is going to be bad we're going to shut the country down to stay safe"
(Lobby groups call a week later) "I want to have everything open by easter!"
(Calls his rich old buddies, hiding in their estates with private doctors, so they can start saying) "As old real Americans we should be happy to all risk death to keep everything open"
(Reality check) "Yeah we're going to have to stay closed through April"

This could have been the "war-time" event that made him unbeatable for re-election if handled pro-actively and professionally. I absolutely agree it wouldn't matter how perfectly he responded, the media would have tried to twist it into the worst thing possible but he just hands them negative press gold on silver platters between his twitter posts, horrible public speaking, and flip flops.
