Rifle Scopes My Viper is here

The Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44 came Friday along with the Harris bipod I ordered. Mike as CS Tactical rushed the shipping so i could have it by this weekend. Unfortunately I messed up my order to Seekins for rings and they won't be here until Thursday.
When they come in I will mount the scope on the new Savage I bought a while back- and still haven't fired a round through.

How does the scope look as far as clarity what retical did u choose

I chose the mildot reticle. It looks clear but all I could do is look through it while holding it in my hand, and I couldn't hold it still. Until I get it mounted I'm stuck.
I will have pics by next weekend- new scope, new rifle, etc. I should have time to get a starting load ready. I have brass that might even be trimmed. I have to check.

You'll like it once you get it mounted up and running. Just got the exact scope a couple weeks ago. Had a chance to get it out this past weekend and managed to whack a few groundhogs and even a coyote with it. With a little help from the 25-06 Ackley it was attached to, of course.

Putting a hit on a groundhog out to 619 yd was not a problem even on 14x. For the price this is a very impressive optic. Tracking and repeatability are dead nuts on, no complaints at all in that area. Resolution and clarity are on par with optics in a much higher price range. I'm very pleased with mine so far.

I've been using one for about 3 months now.
Glass is crisp as one could ever want, adjustments track and are repeatable. Overall a very good investment in a mid priced, much better than mid price glass, optic.

I just got that exact scope from Scott @ Liberty Optics last week. Thanks Scott for your help and very quick service. I've got mine mounted but haven't had a chance to shoot with it yet. So far I'm very impressed with the quality and clarity. This scope is built like a Sherman tank and the fit and finish is excellent. I'll post a range report as soon as I get a chance.

With all the anticipation of the coming Viper PST I think the country may grind to a halt for one day if everyone takes a personal day to go to the range when they arrive..
