If I could get 150 acres for a reasonable price, put a small house on it, solar power or wind power it for the most part I'd be in hog heavan.
Kind of tired of having neighbors, I don't go out much either but internet access would be important (Probably satellite).
SE Oklahoma - not for me...too crowded. I want a small town at most, but Custer Sotuh Dakota was my original retirement idea...I love the Black Hills, rapid City just 45 mins away..
