I'm just getting started reloading for my 10FP.I am just neck sizing for now. How much of the neck to do prefer to size? All, 80%, 60%, etc...I'm using a single lot of Winchester brass and have Forster dies. Out of the neck die, the are 1.5 to 2 thousandths under loaded diameter, which from what I have learned is just right for a bolt gun.

I size all the way down to the neck junction, or as far as my Redding dies will allow.

I played with 50% on some 338LM loads I did up in the begininning, but abandoned that practice to simplify things.

.001"-.002" is where I go when loading for my 10FP, but that number is a loose one due to variations in neck wall thickness. Unless you're turning your necks and reaming the insides, there will be some wiggle room vis-a-vis true neck tension.

Redding Type S, screw the decapper all the way down until it touches the bushings, back off 1/8 turn and lock it down works perfect for me.

Thanks for the info. I'm running my neck down to the shell plate, and it's getting about 90-95% of it. It's on a Dillon 550, and their shell plates are pretty thick.

I size about 3/4 of mine so it holds better centered in the chamber. I do however full length size with a Redding body die in my 10FCP and the accuracy improved noticeably.
