Neck turning: observation and question

Less runout, tighter ES & SDs, better accuracy. Ok, so it's a PITA; it adds another step blah blah blah... I figured the serious guys weren't doing it because they had nothing better to do. Point being, there are measurable gains to be made. I'm pleased with the results.

The question is: once you neck turn a case, will it need to be done again after (x) number of cycles? The brass will flow/migrate during its work cycles; I get that. Once trued, do they stay true or will they need turning again? 308 Winchester, BTW.
