so i have narrowed it down to the swfa ss 10x or the millett trs-1 they are about the same price but the millett is variable power while the ss is fixed a 10x any thoughts or other suggestions in the 300 to 400 dollar ballpark

thanks for the input after reading the write up about the millett i feel for my money its the best choice the weaver is nice and so is the ss but for the 300 price range i like having the option of variable power pas 10x and for the time i think it will work while i save up for something much better but this will get me back to the range and shooting at least the ncstar i have on it is pissing me off the elevation knob is tilted and at a certain point you can not turn it due to the knob it self hitting the scope on one side LAME!!!!!
