Rifle Scopes Need scope recommendations

I’m new to scopes and everything involved with them. This will be my first scope. I’d like to teach myself how to properly mount the scope,how to zero and then become proficient with the process,but also teach myself how to shoot at the same time. The platform would be a RPR 22LR bolt action. Intended use would be a learning thing. conditions would be day. Distance would be 25,50,100 then 200,300 yards. As far as specific specifications of scope I have no clue. Price range is a couple hundred. If you guys can please provide links and also recommend rings or some mounting solutions.
