Night Vision Need some help from really smart thermal guys

I have acquired several 640x480 BAE thermal cores and Focal Plane Arrays that are in varying degrees of not working.
I have the Electrical Interface Document but the problems are deeper at the circuit board level.
By swapping boards around and testing with known good microbolometers I have narrowed the problems down to a single source of failure. At least I think I have.
It seems that the processor board needs be calibrated to the FPA.
I have: One board that does not boot.
One board that NUCs but the Shutter is not activated.
And another board needs the video aligned.
I am looking for any help in finding someone who can do this.

I think that BAE is the only place that is technically capable of helping you. Even people who developed their own cores using BAE's FPA do not have a way to run calibration on BAE's system.

Had a few private responses from members but the consensus is that BAE support is non existent.
Some where there must be a tech lurking that has the expertise to help me out.

First is 640x480 and the secon is the central portion which is about 320x240
I have working cores so I know the distortion is not in the FPA but in the processor circuitry.
