Rifle Scopes Need to go lighter on my Tikka T3A1

I currently have a Leupold Mk4-M3-6x scope on my 16inch tikka T3A1. I need a lighter durable scope up to 8x. Will take a variable.

Suggestions ?

It's going to be hard to shave weight in the scope since the scope you mentioned only weighs 12 oz.

If it has to be the TAC A1, the only way I see helping is to flute the bolt and barrel. If you're not too attached to the TAC A1 chassis though, the T3X CTR is a lot lighter.
