Neutered 6mm Creedmoor

Down-loaded 6mm CM with H4350 & 105 Hybrids. Loads shot faster than anticipated, I’ll pull bullets on what I didn’t shoot and do a few more loads in the 36 - 37.5 region, .2gr increments. Would like to find something in the 2850-2900FPS range.

This was at 400 (longest public range within 2 hours) and I still struggle to get loads to spread out enough to establish anything more than accuracy with a Magnetospeed strapped on the barrel.

Mirage was going pretty decent.

I'm in a similar situation. Working on 6mm CM recipe to push 110 gr A-tips at 2900. Expect to be around 38 grs of 4350 once the barrel is broken in.

Goal is to extend barrel life and time between re-tunes. I've also got a 6mm BR barrel that will run hybrids and be used for comparison.

I’ll be in a similar boat, but it’ll be 115DTACs in the 2950 range. I want to see how long that combo lasts before needing a retune compared to my 105 hybrids going 3100ish

After 2 days of load development, nothing seems to shoot as well or consistent as my old loading of 40.4 @ 3100 FPS

I’ll start saving for a back-up barrel I guess.

That’s hard to beat and I’m impressed getting 3100 @40.4, I’m almost a grain more and just getting 3080ish
