New 223 Chamber

My new 223 chamber has issues. It scratches the brass.
The base of the case body measures .005 bigger after firing. New Fed. Match ammo.\
Is this dimension normal?

Did they tell you what reamer they used to machine the chamber?
And what is the base measurement on fired brass?
And what load was the brass fired with?

It may or may not be "in spec".
