Wasn't sure where to put this, side arms or suppressors, figured here for now.
I have a 9mm suppressor I'm waiting for (Should have around June). The only handgun I have in 9mm is a Walther PPQ. It is a phenomenal pistol. Best trigger on a stock striker-fired pistol I've used, perfect function, great accuracy, amazing ergonomics, etc. But the only guys that make a threaded barrel for it is Jarvis. That's a $300 barrel. That would make my total price for the gun and barrel around $900. But there are no suppressor-height sights available for the PPQ.
I don't have all that much cash available, so I need to think about this.
I can get a CZ P-07 threaded with suppressor sightsfor under $600, or an FN9 and get tall sights, the list goes on. What would you advise? Go with a very expensive setup with a little better controls/ergos or go cheaper and save money and be able to use those tall sights to actually shoot? Has anyone tried using low sights that don't see over the suppressor? Shit, this is a tough decision.
Give me your thoughts. Thanks.
