after a GM fucked up my VIS overtorquing a muzzle device, i got another SPR upper from monty at centurion arms. this thing is NICE. can't wait to break it in, the last two SPR barrels i've had from him have been lasers.

Nice joe, let us know how it shoots. I found myself shooting my SPR more than my Bolt rifle when i first got it, just a great setup. What optics are you planning on?

I've heard nothing but great things from Monty. I was on his backlog list a few years ago when he first started offering Mk12 uppers and it was 8+ months out. I found another reputable builder but Monty was my original choice. It's great to see he has come far in the last few years, including that great rail system of his!

he torqued so hard timing the break he widened the index slot for hte barrel pin, so if hte barrel moved the bolt wouldn't close or it wouldn't come out,
