Full noob to long range shooting, have a RPR gen3 6.5 Creedmoor, Vortex Viper Gen2 5x25x50 ffp. Pics below, one on the left is first Target, bottom group was initial group at 100y after bore sighting, next group up after zero, set the zero stop off this group. Three groups at the heads attempting to get comfortable with cheek weld and eye relief. All shots on the left picture from a caldwell solo rest. Picture on the right, moved to bipod and rear bag, cheek weld and eye relief needed to be readjusted, not comfortable with my position on the rifle. I have read some good posts here and some videos on this topic, I believe I need to move my scope based on my natural position on the rifle when in a good prone position. Will experiment this weekend.
