Got a new CCW holster for my 1911 from Little Bear holsters in Jacksonville FL. The retention is great, it is really comfortable and it looks bad ass to boot

Show me one leather holster maker that hasn't copied designs from others and I'll be impressed, there are only so many ways to make holsters. At some point the designs all overlap I paid $45 for this one, but we had a trade too. They normally go for $70

You say the retention is good but what about your presentation? (Draw stroke) Does it hang at all? I do like the shark skin

It is shark and leather riverguide, as far as the presentation it was sticky the first day or so then it got alot better. Just needed to go in and out a few times. Now it is super smooth and still retains nice and tight. I'v e always been a kydex/leather hybrid user. I have so many Crossbreed and Comp-Tac holsters it's not funny. The all leather seems to work better for large heavy framed guns but that may be just me.

The mouth is reinforced, so no it does not crush down when I unholster the gun. I can easily reholster with one hand

I have a simular one that was made for me by an old Alasks State Trooper when I retired from Anchorage Police Dept. in 1994. It looks nice but is fully functionable, either drawing or replaceing the pistol.
