If anyone is looking for an entry/mid-level rifle, these may fit the bill really well. Ive always liked the Howa's ive handled, but either the barrel legnth was wrong, or no threads, or wrong contour, etc. They may have gotten it right on this one. I also just found out Howa now has a 1 MOA guarantee - so this in a stock or chassis and you should be good for a budget competition gun or a 1000- yard steel ringer.
