Nice! I'm still waiting on my improved version to be finished. What bullets do you plan on shooting? I'll be starting off with the Sierras.

Very nice!! I just sent mine off to get the stock coated, and waiting for a set of dies from lawton. Then the real fun begins, trying to find out what she likes to be hand fed. Let us know what works best for you.

oooooOOOOOOHHHHHHHH!!!! Daddy like!!!

That's exactly what I'm going to build. LOL, it appears I wasn't the first one who thought of using the 8500 as a single shot .375CT Baahaahaahaa!

The idea just popped into my head when I came across the 8500 group buy. Been talking to NAG a little about it, dude has been so cool about everything, wouldn't even try it without his help.

It weighs close to 20 pounds with the scope on it. Optics came in today the Fed ex man brought me a US Optics so it probably added 5 lbs.LOL

According to GURU with the 365 grain Rocky Mountains with the Aluminum tip and about 135 grains of retumbo it should be around 3150FPS...Guys that is smoking?????

There is not much difference at all. They will both shoot the other bullet but the lr bore shoots the solids better and gets better mv's.
