"New" Mauser 96S...looking for info?

Came across one of these for sale, and can find only very limited information on it.

Apparently Mauser made a limited number of rifles in the mid '90's (including a sniper rifle-http://world.guns.ru/sniper/sniper-rifles/de/mauser-sr-93-e.html)

and this 96S (straight pull bolt) in 30.06 is one of them.

Anyone have knowledge of this firearm? I'm a bit intrigued...

Yes, its really just Shit, don't waste your money on this!
Really disgrace to put mauser name on it.

Thanks for the heads up.
Can't find much on them. The one for sale has lousy glass on it, so it doesn't surprise me...other than the high dollar price being asked for it.
More to it than the name, huh...
