New member and new to bolt rifle.

I would like to introduce myself to the SC community, Im 29 married and working for the USAF as an aircraft mechanic. I've always been wanting to learn to shoot long range, I think it interesting. I saved up enough and bought me a first bolt rifle and here is my set up.

Savage 10FP LE1 w/ B&C stock, Harris Bipod. Scope is SS16x42.

I hope to learn some LR shooting techniques from you guys before the weather warm up, I know for sure that I will spend lot of time at the outdoor range this year.

P.S English is not my mother language, pardon me for my grammars.

Welcome aboard! Sounds like you have the basics to get started. Read as much as you can, & then put it to use. Good luck
