New - Need Build Advice

Relatively new to precision rifles. I have 2 builds I’m working on.

First is a 6mm creedmoor, Falkor ROC. For this I went with a 7even SA with a Dracos Prefit. My question is what tools do I need to torque the barrel to the action? Or should a noob not attempt? Any good videos?

Second is a 300 PRC build. I haven’t found a chassis yet. The action is a Terminus Zeus LA mag bolt face, and Bartlein blank, that I’ll be sending to DMR. I believe Zeus will fit any Remington 700 LA chassis but since this is a 300 PRC - the guys at MileHighShooting said I needed a .338 CIP chassis so the mags will fit. Is this accurate?

Since it’s a prefit shouldered barrel can’t I just get a proper action wrench, barrel vice and go/no-go gauges?

300 PRC should be in CIP mag length to ensure proper function. 300 PRC has a long COAL.
