Night Vision New pulsar apex problems

Brand new apex straight out of the box and i cant get it to power on. Tried battery and battery pack. Cant get it to do anything.

If the batteries you are using have a plastic wrap at the ends remove them so the + and - make a better contact.

What exact model Apex are you having trouble with?

Xq50. Called pulsar today they said something prob wrong with ribbon cable to send it in.

Can you clarify "called pulsar" please? Do you mean you called Lithuania or otherwise ??

I just took my new xp50 helion out of the box and charged the battery. After a short time The charger blinked green and I put the battery in my helion and it wouldnt power up. I put the battery on the charger again the next day. It powered up the helion and showed full battery. Same thing with the extra battery I ordered with it.
