Just moved from my house in Florida to the home we have in Utah. While I'm excited about this, reality has set in that the size and area I had for my previous reloading setup will not happen here. We went from 2 separate homes to moving into just 1; my home in Florida had a 15 x 17 bedroom with a custom 2 wall built-in double tiered bench that was connected to the studs in the wall and just looked/worked awesome. I almost cried when it had to be taken out.

I'm looking at roughly 10 x 10 now, as well as this being the room I store everything including my firearms in. Meh.

Anyone have any pics/plans for a smaller L-shaped setup with some storage capability? I need the bench area large enough to accommodate a Dillon 550 and 5 tool-head stands, a RCBS single stage, Dillon swager and an assortment of bench mounted prep tools (Wilson trimmer, RCBS powder thrower, etc). I'd definitely need a storage solution underneath the bench as I have a large amount of components I need to store.

I'm guessing as far as 'tabletop' I can go 82 inches one way on a wall and 7 feet on the other.

Let me know your thoughts/ideas/plans. I'm ok with a drill/saw, etc but am far from a carpenter.

My reloading/gun room is 7.5 by 13 feet. When we built our house we left the basement unfinished and this was the first room I worked on. I am no carpenter so if I can do it, anyone can. I built the benches to fit the space and bought the cabinets at Lowes. Added some shelves for extra storage. It is a little tight but works. My safe is in the corner of the next room. It would be real tight if I had to move the safe in there. Really just wouldn't work.

I did have a Dillon 650 mounted on the bench at one time, the single stage was further to one side.

Here are some pics. Hope it helps.
