Rifle Scopes new scope choice options

Right now I'm considering options for a new scope for target shooting out to 1200 yards for my 6.5 CM. I'm planning on buying used and want to keep it to around $1600 max. Right now I'm considering the Leupold Mark5 5-25 and the Vortex HD Gen 2 4.5-27. Any others you would consider looking at around that price range? FFP, Mil reticle, not too concerned with weight.
