Rifle Scopes New scope recommendations

I'm in the run for my first higher quality scope, i rather by one good scope i can transfer later on when my shooting gets better and distances increases.

So it should be a scope with clear vision (obviously) , Mil reticule in FFP (which allows holdovers), Zero stop, clicks that are good noticable and also in mil.
Budget between 2000 and 2500 euro. I will use it for bench, range and hopefully in the future some PRS matches.

Not sure where you are, you may actually get some high quality euro scopes at a better price than we do.
Check Steiner, Schmidt and Bender for local stuff.
Athlon Cronus, Vortex Razor Gen II and Burris XTR III (not the II) are very popular, for a good reason.
Looked into something in the 4-24, 5-25, 7-30 range

Price here around 2900 that’s just above budget, but I keep an eye out if it comes cheaper somewhere. I’m not in a hurry.

I'd save some money and spend 1700-ish on a Vortex Razor Gen II. I have owned a few high end scopes but love nothing as much is my Razor.
