This seems like a pretty reasonable way forward to me. I bought the Gen1 based on the performance that it provided and I feel like I will still be very happy with the can if the ATF ever gets tired of my application taking up space in their offices. To be able to get a full baffle stack replacement; if need be, for the price of a stamp, shipping included, to me is a solid deal. Especially since it's not like the gen 1 is in any way defective. I'll probably shoot the heck out of it and if I'm lucky enough to wear out the blast baffle, I'll send it in. I'm pretty happy with that and feel like GA did a good job handling something that they may not have thought was an issue initially.
