I've always been a fan of the Tom Brown Tracker and own one (for sale here on the Hide).

So I got an idea to have a friend of mine make one for me with just a few changes. The guy's name is Randy Bush and he is an amazing knife maker. This is the second one he's made for me. It's a bit beefier, perfectly balanced, and made with a better steel. Plus it fits in my big paws. I'm happy as can be with it so I thought I'd share. The size is the same as a TBT.

The blade design is originally by Tom Brown. He has a wilderness survival school and it was meant as a survival knife. You would not believe the versatility of it. Everything from skinning animals to using it as a hatchet. The original knife is pretty bad ass and I had Randy build this one to be even stronger.

You would be surprised as the balance on this knife is amazing. You could almost throw it. It's deceptive with the size and shape of the blade but it balances extremely well in the hand.

I know you can throw a TBT, it's my favorite camping past time!
