In this video, Rick gives us an overview of the selection, installation, and setup of a single tool from a machine setup he was working on for a new part. Take these steps times 20, and you have a full setup for a single job! This is just one part of what our manufacturing department does on a daily basis to bring you the best quality firearms, silencers, parts, and accessories available.

Hey, how 'bout making a tool to fit Optimus endcaps so I don't have to mangle a piston every time I need to switch caps?

So why didn't you use a right hand tool upside down? Chips clear out easier. Also Sandvik capto lathe holders make setting change ups much faster.

So this has been eating at me pretty good . First my apologies to @GRIFF8N ARMAMENT for shitting on your thread . I didn't read a response correctly and commented like the ass I am at times . @LawnMM I thought you typed s9mething different and went into grabass mode .
Sharing this info is very cool . Gun porn and CNC porn . Whats not to love . Nice overview of a set up . I fix CNC lathes , mills , Robots etc. for a living . Nice clean unwrinkled machines are a beautiful thing . Thanks for sharing the tech . with those not so aquainted . Gives some really good perspective.
