Apparently I forgot to send in duplicates of my Form 1 when I mailed it, just got the request back from ATF for a duplicate and mailed it out, will the turn around be pretty quick from this point on? I noticed that my Form 1 they sent back looked like they had a registration number on the top of the form, just itching to get my SBR upper from my dealer is all, I know my mistake might addd some more time to the wait though. Thanks.

It may be ready to go. Or, they may have just started to process it. Hard to say.
I do know one thing - the last time I sent in the wrong trust documents, I got a letter requesting the correct documents. I sent them in and had my approved Form 4 in under one week. Hopefully, yours is ready to go pending all the required paperwork as well.

Usually(I've seen it happen 3 or 4 times) when there is a mistake and they need some more info, once the info is resubmitted, we'll get the forms back with in a week. But the only ones I've seen had a overall length missing, or they couldn't read a letter, something of that nature. How long has it been so far? If its only been a month, then you've still got some time. If its been three months, I'd put money on you having it back with in a week or two.
