Rifle Scopes NH1 Reticle Zero Question for NH1 Hendsoldt owners

Folks with the Hensoldts new NH1 reticle would you zero so that bullet impact corresponds with the tip of the bottom vertical post ? Or do you get it to strike there during load development and then dial up .3 mil so center of the open reticle is your zero at 100 yards ?

I find it odd that it does not have an "mp 8" style dot there will the open design be an aquired taste or once you use it once the open style really is nice ?

The tip of the bottom post is center. The other 3 posts stop short, but I believe the bottom one goes to a point at dead center.
