Hello Gents,

I'm looking for help/advice in selecting a night vision scope/mount for my rifle. It's for LE (urban) use and I've finally gotten my boss to consider it. The rig is Rem700/A5 topped off currently with a 3.5-10 M1 Mark 4.

I'm thinking something QD so I can go back and forth between the Leupold and the NV if that's even realistic? Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

It's the Camo A5 at the top.

Thanks.

Re: Night Vision System

Go to http://www.tnvc.com and talk to them. They are highly regarded over at ar15.com for night vision equipment.

I don't know what your budget is, but if it was me, I would be trying to squeeze an PVS-22 or PVS-27 out of your bosses. They sit in from of your day scope, so you just take it on and off as needed. It of course does not affect your POI. Sounds like exactly what you are looking for.

Good luck and give us a report after you get some time behind whatever you decide to get.

He beat me to it, what he said!

Re: Night Vision System

And if your bosses don't go for the 22/27 look at the D740/D760. We couldn't get ours to buy the 22/27 but they did go for the D740s. These are good to go but like you already said you will have to use a QD set up.

ETA we did purchase ours from Vic at TNVC, you can trust him, he is the man to go to for NV....
