Does anyone know if/when NF will build a 5.5x22 Nxs that is FFP?

That is a good question? There is only rumors at this point. Guess we will have to wait for SHOT.

They have been promising it for a couple of years now and haven't made one. Supposedly they had a prototype for SHOT last year but weren't showing everyone.
From what I have been told of the military PSR contract they didn't get it done for that either so I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.

That's really too bad. But hey, if enough people send them e-mails it could drive the motivation needed to rekindle the fire.

If they do not have it at SHOT this year I am seriously looking at a S&B 5-25 or a Premier. It would be a shame as I really like my NF, but want a higher mag FFP than the F1 provides.

Seeing as how I recently dropped a fair amount of coin on a 5.5-22x50 SFP, I am vehemently opposed to any further development by NF of an FFP version (LOL).

That's what I was afraid of! I really like my NXS but would like to be able to have FFP with the ability to turn it up to 22x if needed. I like the glass on the Premier but it is just so damn big! But I'm not gonna wait forever!

If they decide to come out with the 5.5-22 F1, I bet they would be busy changing the existing ones over for the $400 charge. I know they would get mine back to change.

Yep, Mil & MOA versions. Heavy solid lines to the sides & top at the same subtensions for close engagements at lower powers.
I'll just keep dreaming.

I was hoping they'd have it ready by now! I'm glad I got a IOR 6-24×56 instead of waiting.
