Used but not abused. Comes with original box and all accessories. I am the original owner; I purchased the scope directly from Nightforce.
The optic body is in solid condition - Parallax and Elevation turrets have some scratches from normal use and rubbing other rifles in the safe - the windage turret *cap* was picked up by the wind one day and went for a ride across the concrete while it was sitting on the bench while I was zeroing the scope. The windage turret itself is in excellent shape and has no scratches. The optic has never been dropped, and the lenses themselves are scratch free and in excellent condition. The scope has never been painted.
