Can someone point me in a good direction for this optic? Search isn't helping me much. Has anyone been able to get some hard use out of one of these? Waterproof, durability, etc etc. Still looking for something that can take some abuse riding around in a trunk.

I had one, crisp glass, good turrets, and well made. For a budget scope, you can't go wrong.

Decent scopes for the money, often overlooked. Rumor has it they are being discontinued, have not confirmed yet. I loved the old Tacs and these current models aren't bad at all. If they do discontinue them look for some good deals to be had toward the end of the year.

I used a Nikon Monarch 4-16X42 Mil Dot....very crisp and tracks well...No expeirence with the X model, but the Monarch is very good IMO. Customer service is great also...bent a turret in the back of my cruiser, Nikon replaced the scope free of charge in less then 2 weeks...
