I've been looking for a ffp mildot scope that is not an arm and a leg, and came across vector optics on Gb. The scopes are sub 400.00 and am wondering if anyone has any experience with this company or their products?

On par with Millett, Chinese made. Look into Super Sniper at that price range.

Ok so it's not horrible glass, but are the mildots correct and is the scope's settings repeatable? I guess what I am asking is can the scope shoot the box reliabley and repeatably?

I would advise you to check it out firsthand. I personally didn't care for them... but that is just my $0.02 worth.
Super Sniper 10x & 16x are well worth the funds, and the resale value is second to none. Not to mention you don't have to worry about the reticle covering the targets!!

what about the falcon menace in 4-14 FFP? I realy want the variable power, and mil/mil knobs. Going with the falcon I do give up illumination, but I could live with that, and it is in the same price range.
