Your going to "make" a reciever but dont want to modify a stock?? Did you research any before buying the JP blank?
You will need to inlet any stock or mill a chassis for that action. If you find a stock or chassis that has been modified to fit a Badger M2008 or M2013, it should be close with the exception of the dual recoil lugs.
For an unconventional / one-off action, wouldn't it be way simpler to just pillar bed this into a fiberglass stock instead of milling out a chassis? McMillan, Manners, KMW-LRS? Even laminate wood for a super sharp looking F-Class style.
