Suppressors Ocm 5 on 6arc

What does your end cap opening measure? The OCM5 is on my near range list of suppressors to get and I'd love to run it on a 6ARC coyote gun, but I've read it's real tight on clearance.

I wanted to do that as well... Called OCL & they advised against it due to tight baffle clearances as @Redmanss said. They didn't sound too interested in building a 6mm bore version either

https://www.instagram.com/spartan7.62/ has a 6ARC on his Mod H. I am pretty sure he is a member on here too. Not too sure what he had done to the can, I think I read long time ago where the can had enough clearance to run a 6mm bullet. I'm sure someone will correct me on this.

Allen engineering makes AEM variants for other calibers.

The AEM30k is the same length as an AEM5. Definitely okay with 6mm.

Supposedly the AEM5 stock has a bigger hole. If it was gonna be dedicated for a 6ARC I’d just get that vs hoping the other works. No manufacturer will say it’ll work.

I want to say I’ve seen what Baccarat is talking about also. I have daydreamed about doing the same.

not sure if it helps but I bought a Dead Air Lazarus 6 so I could try one of the 6mm variants in the future. Haven't looked into it enough to know if ARC, MAX or some other variant might win out for me. I guess even a 6mm CM can be shot thru it.

Nope. I can’t speak for the OCM5 but the AEM5 will gas you hard if you run 4-5 rapidly, even with the PRI Gasbuster. I still love the can and would 100% buy again.

OCL told me the same thing about the ocm5 being too tight for 6mm.
FORSystems is coming out with a can that uses the mk12 mounting system and good for 6mm. They’re designing it with back pressure in mind so it should be a good performer considering the cans they’ve already come out with. Although the aesthetics are not like the ocm5/aem5 unfortunately. If it didn’t have the abnormal shape I’d be very tempted to grab one even though I’ve already got a CAT Noah. I think a 6arc mk12 would be very cool

Allen engineering will make a custom 6mm can, i believe they said it would take 6 weeks. You'll have to call

I run my OCM5 on my 6 max with their OTB 5/8x24 mount without any issues.

As far as getting gassed out, it's actually worse on my mk12 than the 6 max. Need to swap charging handles to see if that has anything to do with it.

Yup, 6max and 6gt. No problem but I checked with an alignment rod
