Odd issue w/ 105gr 6mm a-max & COAL

So something a bit odd w/ the 6mm 105gr a-max's. I am using the hornady COAL setup w/ the modified case for 243 and i am getting some odd results. I have used this setup before without this much variance.
I got from the same lot (2121385) a COAL of:

What is the deal? Is there normally this much variation in these a-maxes?
