Oh, oh....

This begs the question "Where the fuck did Venezueela get the money to fuel their Navy boat?"

Is Joe Kennedy, Citizens Oil, donating fuel to them now instead of the opposite.

Not to sidetrack. But lol socialism works so well. Fucking idiots

Life in a cult is wonderful........only if you are the cult leader.
Or the daughter of one
"Maria Gabriela Chávez Net Worth: Hugo Chávez's Daughter Richest Woman in Venezuela, Worth $4.2 Billion. The net worth of late socialist leader Hugo Chávez's second-oldest daughter is estimated at $4.2 billion, making María Gabriela Chávez the richest woman in Venezuela."

Gun control is about reducing crime lol

If a coup or a successful outside military intervention were to be carried out in Venezuela or another one of the "worker's paradises" right now, imagine the scale of luxury and lavishness you will find in the palaces of the leaders and their favorite relatives. Gold toilets, crystal faucets and stuff like that will only be the icing on the cake.

Screw it. Let’s annex the damn country. They sure as shit couldn’t stop us. Hell, Russia invades places all the time.
We grab Venezuela we can tell the Middle East to pound some of their sand.
Hell, now that they’re after Guyana it’s a two-fer. Don’t know what the hell we’d want with Guyana though.
And piss on Tillerson. Disloyal bastard.

As long as we don't let those socialism loving South Americans vote

Guyana just had a Yuuuuuuuuuggggggeeeee Discovery of oil off their coast like 10/11 spots they drilled had oil that was worth pumping, its a low estimate of 5 billion barrels. Exxon would just hire some retired D boys(like ross perot back in the 90's) to go fuck up the venezuelans and claim the guyanese were defending themselves.

Was in guyana once many years ago. Only spent a few hours at the end if the ramp, opposite control tower. No patients to transport. Waited all day. Finally our cargo arrived in 3 vehicles. Cargo loaded by load master and engineer. No ground personell except armed guards. Button ed up up aircraft and went home to Charleston. Landed taxied to end of runway and crew bus picked us up and took us to the squadron.
Uneventful mission.

Been there many times, not bad. The US will protect their borders better than they protect their own borders in the end.

That's not an invasion... that's a naval incursion.

Invasion... that's not an invasion! Kuwait 1991 was an invasion. And it ended well. not.

Heck, if we all got together, we could take over Guyana! Give the French access to their rocket launch base for free, get lots of tourist revenue by building a resort on Devil's Island... and sell oil at cut rate prices! Think of all the Ammo AJ could buy if he had a few oil wells!! He'd be happier than Jed Clampett on a skeet range!

I'll put dollars to donuts that there is a French Navy ship in the area shortly, getting ready to collaborate... I mean defend Guyana.

Cheers,

Sirhr

French Navy,= Monroe Doctrine triggering event, war with France is on the horizon.

Guyana was French long before there was a Monroe Doctrine... and France got an sort of un-written exception thanks to Lafayette, help with the Revolution and the fact that they were less of a threat than a fuzzy little long-haired Kitten. French Navy film is proof:

Maybe they'll send one of their submarines:

France.... ah ha hah hahah a....

The interesting thing about this Guyana oil find is that the Guyan's want to work with exxon to develop people that know the oil business or have a jobs training program, reinvest their share of the oil profit in education (STEM), and upgrade hospitals and quality of services. The Guyan's have acknowledged that Venezuela's Nationalization of their oil industry has left them inept, corrupt and fucked. While thats going on the maintenance has slipped and their machinery and refinery are barely functional and therefore they are not making money cause they forced out the knowledgeable people.

From CNN: Venezuela struck oil centuries ago, but in 1998 the government of Hugo Chávez installed political loyalists(hacks) into top jobs in the nationalized oil industry and began diverting the revenues into social programs(aka their pocket). The country failed to reinvest(cause profits were stolen) into its oil infrastructure and when oil prices crashed, so did Venezuela's economy. Now, even basic goods like food and medicine have to be imported. Hyperinflation is soaring and the IMF predicts it'll hit a rate of 1,000,000% by the end of 2018.
