I shot it with the 338LM conversion on it last week, and was impressed. Especially considering I have done no load development yet.

Today, I took the 308 and used a 308 load that has worked well in every rifle I have tried. Lapua cases, 43.7 grains of Varget with 210M primers and 175 SMK's.

From the first group it shot well. I shot several of the best 5 round groups I have ever had at 100 yards. All 5 in one sub 1/2" hole. I used the dope I had from my GAP and was on at 200 and 300 as well. They had some rams set up all the way to 400 yards from a silhouette match. Got on them easily and was popping them on virtually every shot.

I cannot state how impressed I am with this package. I cant wait to get some load development done. I think this is going to make a great hunting platform. So well balanced, it handles like a much lighter rifle. The compactness is just incredible.

Going back tomorrow if I get time. Will get some pics and measure some groups. Going to try and take the 338LM out to 650. Very happy with this purchase. Cant wait to get it to Jeromy for some custom paint.

I was busy all day and didnt get a chance to get to the range until about 2 hours before dark. Was kind of rushing, wanting to break in the 308 conversion. Didnt even take the camera. I will tomorrow. It is just hammering the rounds into essentially the same hole. Very impressed. It is shooting as well as any rifle I have owned.
