I use to be a pistolsmith, but lost interest in it years ago and then switched over to designing new products instead.
However I tought that maybe some of you would like to see some of the jobs i did.

Occassionally there is still people asking me to take care of their pistols, and I always answer:
We can do a trade, old german marine binoculars, old interesting firearms or blond cute sisters..........
Rarely do I have to take care of their pistols anylonger.......:)

Luger was/is my favorite, here is one with 10,5" barrel and gaskick that helps the weak cartridge to cycle the heavy action.

Re: Old pistoljobs

Thanks a lot
I got bored by doing the same thing over and over again.
Now when I develop new products I am rarely doing the same thing, and it's so much more difficult.
I really need "the sport" of making things that is difficult and when customers ask me to do really diffiult sollutions that takes a long time to find the solution for.
So beeing an inventor fits me far better than beeing a gunsmith.

I completely understand, thanks.

Re: Old pistoljobs

Nice work. I really like how you put a Bomar sight on just about anything. Having quality adjustable sights on anything is very important to me...... Nice work again. You my friend are above so many gunsmiths because of your quality. I wish we had more like you.
