Fred Gowen, a veteran of the battle of Hue City, 1968, during the Vietnam War, sends a round down range with his M1903 Springfield during the Vintage Sniper Rifle Matches, Aug., 1, 2012 aboard Camp Perry, Ohio. Nearly 500 competitors used military rifles issued during and prior to the Korean War.(Cpl. Jacob D. Osborne / Marine Corps)

Re: Old School

That won't get many, if any other comments here because it's not nearly 'modern' enuff!! That equipment was highly thought of 50 years before most of the kids here were anything but a gleam in their Dad's eye!!

I love it!!

'The scopes'...have the finest lenses ever made IMO! I have two Unertl scopes; both with external mounts and both have 100% repeatability for returning to zero! Won many 1000 yard Any Any Prone Matches with them!
