Is the weatherby vanguard the same action as the howa 1500? How about the older ones before legacy bought them?
My dad has old 80-85 model vanguard 7mag that he has been using for hunting for years. The barrel is starting to rust and possibly rust in the bore. So for christmas present I was going to build it for him. I was looking at Manners because they have one in stock right now for a howa1500 LA with howa factory magazine.
Im trying to find out if it will fit before I buy it.
