To use a car analogy - OA to me is the Plymouth of AR's. The only good thing that I ever heard was their rifle cut barrels (SS Ultra Match). Fouled a lot but shot very well, and very tight commerical .223 chamber - so not suitable for mil-spec ammo which i like to shoot.
They were one of the last hold outs to still make a "cast" Aluminum AR receiver (think they are forged now), but would check.
One claim to fame was the AR detachable carry handle. Never checked that claim out, but have seen it in their marketing literature. I like Rock River.
