Law enforcement bulletin warned of ISIS urging jihad attacks on US soil

A law enforcement bulletin obtained by FoxNews.com warned that Islamic State fighters have increased calls for "lone wolves" to attack U.S. soldiers in America in recent months, citing one tweet that called for jihadists to find service members' addresses online and then "show up and slaughter them."

There will be “a continued call - by Western fighters in Syria and terrorist organizations - for lone offender attacks against U.S. military facilities and personnel,” warned a July law enforcement intelligence bulletin from the Central Florida Intelligence Exchange, a state-run agency that gathers, assesses and shares threat information and works with the Department of Homeland Security. “These threats will most likely increase should the U.S. or its allies attack the Islamic State of Iraq and Sham (ISIS) in Syria or Iraq.”

In one example cited in the bulletin, a British jihadist encouraged radicals still living in the West to use Facebook and LinkedIn to find and target soldiers.

"You could literally search for soldiers, find their town, photos of them, look for address in Yellowbook or something," the tweet read. "Then show up and slaughter them.”

The bulletin came out long before Tuesday's indictment of an upstate New York man on a raft of terror-related charges, including attempting to kill "officers and employees of the United States. Mufid Elfgeeh, 30, of Rochester, was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury on three counts of attempting to provide material support and resources to Islamic State. Elfgeeh was arrested in late May in a Walmart parking lot after a sting in which an FBI informant offered to sell him guns and silencers, which Elfgeeh allegedly wanted to use to kill returning American troops as well as Shiite Muslims living in the region.

Killing U.S. troops on American soil is is an increasing focus of jihadists, according to the bulletin, titled “Continued Threat to Military Personnel from Al-Qaida Inspired Homegrown Violent Extremists.” It was sent out on July 8, 2014 “in response to recent social media messaging from Western fighters in Syria calling for attacks against “soldiers in the West.” Instead of luring radicalized Americans to the Middle East, Islamic State will likely encourage them to stay home and kill U.S. soldiers here, the bulletin warned.

“U.S.-based [Home-Grown Violent Extremists] could be inspired by this rhetoric to turn their attention towards carrying out attacks at home,” the bulletin states.

The radical rhetoric is delivered via social media, where Islamic State operatives have long exhorted westerners to get on a plane and come join the battle. But terrorists now believe they can have a powerful effect from afar just by inspiring attacks inside the U.S.

“In recent Twitter posts, foreign fighters in Syria have encouraged Muslims in the West to target soldiers with spontaneous attacks using small arms (i.e. knives and guns),” the bulletin said.

It listed several examples of tweets posted in late June that specifically mention interest in attacking Western military personnel. In one series of tweets a British fighter formerly with Jabhat al Nusra lamented the terrorist infighting between Islamic State and groups affiliated with Al Qaeda.

"I’m realizing bickering about internal politics is taking up our time too much, the enemies are working what’s stopping you from something like learning how to make explosives or learning shooting, or killing vulnerable soldiers right now? (To the bros in the West).”

The bulletin also cited an uptick in chatter on Internet forums calling for attacks on Western military targets, with many referring to Fort Hood shooter Nidal Hassan, who killed 13 service members at the Texas Army base in 2009 in a case the Obama administration still labels as an example of "workplace violence," and not terrorism. Hasan recently announced from prison, where he is awaiting execution, he wanted to join Islamic State.

A commenter on the Ansar Al-Mujahideen English Forum reposted a 2009 statement from radicalized American Adam Gadahn, now a senior Al Qaeda leader, praising Hasan.

"The Mujahid brother Nidal Hasan, lightly armed but with a big heart, a strong will and a confident step, again brought into focus the weaknesses and vulnerabilities of America...and most significantly, the Mujahid brother Nidal Hasan is a pioneer, a trailblazer and a role model who has opened the door, lit a path and shown the way forward for every Muslim among the unbelievers and yearns to discharge his duty to Allah and play a part in the defense of Islam and Muslims against the savage, heartless and bloody Zionist Crusader assault on our religion, sacred places and homelands,” read the statement.

The intelligence center assessed in July “ “that military personnel will likely be targeted individually in spontaneous ‘ambush’ style attacks similar to the May, 2013, machete attack against British soldier Drummer Lee Rigby in the U.K.

Fort Hood seems a little less like "workplace violence" and more like terrorism every day.

This has already happened, a self proclaimed jihadist killed a nineteen yr.old in New Jersey, and confessed to killing two others in Washington state. Not sure if they were veterans, but they are Americans.

My guess is shits going to go south and I am keeping my head on a swivel.

We Americans have far tooooo many enablers! Not those that send money, do terroristic deeds, but rather those that refuse to admit we are targets, or that any "bad guys" are coming across our borders, or that large well funded armies of terrorists (many with US passports) have us [Americans] as their number one target. In fact, if you bring this up, they're likely to cock off with some "chicken little" type crap. Idiots? Yes, to be sure, but in their own way, they help this trash, and in the end we will suffer. Almost any good, old time, cop will tell you, huge numbers of crimes are/have been solved because of citizens supplying info to the police. In many cases it is nothing more, than "I thought you might want to know that I saw something "strange" the other day......", type intel. As far tooo many Americans are oblivious to the threat, or don't even believe the threat is real, they are not looking, and if seeing, not caring enough to tell a member of their own Local LE. I hope this changes.

We need to set up an ELR Range on the AZ border with 338s, 375s, 416s and 50 cals. what more can you ask for other than drones and a couple of Warthogs!

Me too brother! We should also have a national beheading with a stihl chainsaw in time square for these scrounge little bastards.

Fort Hood seems a little less like "workplace violence" and more like terrorism every day.

I happened to be at fort hood that day. Stationed down there from 08-10. We had just gotten back from a 15 month deployment 2 months earlier. What a fucking day. We have been calling it terrorism since day one. Plain and simple is what it truly was.

The infiltration of terrorist has been going on for quite some time (years) and on a fairly large scale. The following report will make you sick:

Government sources told Breitbart News there is a “great uptick” of Special Interest Aliens (SIA) crossing the border since the surge of illegal immigrants have been crossing the southern border. SIAs are individuals entering the United States from foreign countries with terrorist links.

Although the problem of SIAs entering America is not new, Governor Rick Perry recently told Fox News:

We have record high numbers of other than Mexicans being apprehended at the border. These are people that are coming from states like Syria that have substantial connections back to terrorist regimes and terrorist operations. So we're seeing record, historic high numbers of these individuals being apprehended.

A source who works among independent American security contractors along the southern border in Arizona and Texas told Breitbart News recently that six individuals from Afghanistan, Iraq, and Yemen were picked up by U.S. border patrol near Laredo, Texas.

“That’s right along [the area] with the ranchers in Texas finding prayer rugs on their ranches, etcetera. [The SIAs] had 60,000 Iraqi Dinars ($51.00) apiece on them.”

According to the security contractor, the SIAs sewed the money into their clothes and claimed to be Mexican.

“The thousands that have been coming over, they’re the cartels. They have been working it really hard. And the aspect that truly concerns me is how they’re linking up with these Islamic extremist groups—Al Shabaab, al Qaeda, Hezbollah," he said. "It’s an alphabet soup of extremists that have been getting caught from Tijuana to the Gulf, so that concerns me,” the contractor added.

    He continued:

The cartels concern me, but the Islamic extremists concern me. They don’t stop. The cartels, if you put enough pressure on them, if you obstruct their business flow, they’ll go and look for another avenue. The Islamic extremists don’t. They just keep going. They don’t care. They want to die. They want to be martyrs. They just keep going.

In April of 2010, news reports surfaced that 300 Somalis, including many linked to the Al Qaeda group Al-Shabaab, a terrorist organization responsible for worldwide suicide bombings, had entered the U.S. and are still unaccounted for.

By May of that year, Fox News reported an indictment in a Texas federal court of a Somali man charged in Texas of operating a “large-scale smuggling enterprise” responsible for bringing hundreds of Somalis from Brazil through South America and eventually across the Mexican border. Ahmed Muhammad Dhakane was sentenced to ten years in federal prison in April of 2011 after he pleaded guilty to making false statements in his asylum application.

The Dallas Morning News pointed out that in the government’s sentencing memo, “Dhakane stated he did not know their exact reason for wanting to enter the United States, but cautioned that he believed they would fight against the U.S. if the jihad moved from overseas locations to the U.S. mainland.”

More recently, Arizona’s KVOA reported in November of 2013 that federal agents had been capturing "thousands" of "other than Mexicans" attempting to enter the United States. After filing a Freedom of Information Request with the Border Patrol, KVOA found that many of the crossers came from countries considered sponsors of terrorism.

Overseas terrorists have long vowed to use America’s southern border as a way to enter and smuggle weapons into the United States. Kuwaiti professor Abdallah Al-Nafisi threatened five years ago, “Four pounds of anthrax in a suitcase this big carried by a fighter through tunnels from Mexico into the U.S. are guaranteed to kill 330,000 Americans within a single hour, if it is properly spread in population centers there." He added, "What a horrifying idea. 9/11 will be a small change in comparison."

This is one of the times where the cartels could end up providing some much needed intel. Terrorist attacks from the Mexican border would be bad for business.

The thousands of terrorists originating for at least 143 different countries (bases on those caught by the US in the last 351days) could not be coming to the Mexican border without the help ($$$$$) of the cartels. Bad for business? Its sounds as if it may be extremely good business. Even if the low life pieces of shit had to pay no more than $1000 each, last year that would have $$$$466,000,000.00 based on the number caught, if you add the number that got away (according to DHS) you'd need to add an extra $143,000,000.000, again that is based on HLS'S own numbers. That total would be over $$500,0000,000.00, again at only $1000.00, make it $2000.00 and you are over a billion dollars-not really bad for business! Don't forget, this is based on DHS'S numbers for less than one year. This shit has been going on for at least the last 4 years. There is little doubt the cartels are made up of the same type of low life trash as these terrorist, just not muslim. The cartels get drugs and weapons from these assholes, in fact are a prime mover of the Afgan heroin. Intel? are you kidding? The cartels are just one more groups of trash that need extermination.

I learned before not to argue with you but at 1k profit per human and probably 10x that per kilo of drugs, it's easier and more profitable to move drugs. Whoever is exporting the stuff, some corrupt Afghani will likely be in the loop, and they know quite well if thing go BOOM on US soil they'll be seeing the wraith of god again real quick.

Also, we are seeing if you exterminate one, another pops right back into its place. Killing them all is fine by me, but easier said then done.
