Opinions on ar-15 gold trigger.

I am looking to drop a new trigger into my LWRC m6a1 6.8 spc, a very nice accurate all around gun, but with a very stiff 9# trigger. There seems to be a consensus that geissele triggers are quite good, but they seem to be very hard to come by right now. I have looked at the gold triggers and they look nice. I was wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with them, or if there are any other good options out there.

Which Geissele trigger are you referring to? Hi Speed or the SSA? The Hi Speeds are in stock at both Adco and PK Firearms. Adco even has the SSF.

They are an excellent trigger, I have two. Both break right at 3 pounds...very clean with a very short reset. They feel very much like a good 1911 trigger. The reset is such that I would be hesitant to put it in a working gun, but I have had no problems shooting 3 gun with mine.

Ahh yes, the Hi speed. Thanks for the info. Still wondering if anyone has used the gold trigger. And also wondering if anyone knows if I need the small pin or large pin for my LWRC?

So smokshwn, the AR Gold is a two stage, correct?

Dreamlander, it looks like Adco just got some SSA's in stock too. Act soon if you want one.
