I am also 'stunned' . I also think it's a not reality & there attitude has not changed but this is just political talk for Multnomah county . Multnomah county/Portland, I have always heard is ( Less friendly) to CLEO sign-off to CCW/SBR/class 3, to it's residents .
I think it's a BS lie & Portland has NEVER gone with the rest of the state & tries to model itself politically like Seattle WA or a small scale San Fransisco Cal. .
Here in Washington county/now County Sheriff Pat Garret it is most part friendly for CLEO sign-off to CCW/SBR/class 3 . also back 5 years ago even Sheriff Rob Gordon refused to give public access & publication to all CCW holders here in Wash. county .
