If you right-click (off the image but on the page)and choose View Source, you can see the list of names.

Whomever did the mappings and Alt Text for the links deserves to be in the painting too.

Click on one of the Chinamen in the balcony at the top right corner and it lists everyone in the painting.

I don't think the painting is about judging them. It's about whether they shaped the world, in one way or another, into what it is today.
bin Laden is there too.
Certainly one of the top ten assholes of all time, but he has had an impact on the lives of a lot of people.
