Outside The Action Wrench for Bighorn TL3

Hey guys, this one's a quickie:
I've never used an "outside the action" wrench before, there are quite a few out there (mostly for Remington 700 and Savage actions), I'm wondering if you guys had any recommendations for one that fits the Bighorn TL3, if one exists. Can I use a 700 one?
