Night Vision P & R Infrared good dealer?

Hi all,

Has anyone bought from P&R Infrared out of Beavertown Oregon? They have quoted me the lowest price by far on a Reap-IR 35mm version 2.
They are advising me they are a authorized Trijicon dealer.
